Tangerine Dream

Ok, so what's up with that name?  Dunno, it just sort of stuck once it was decided that we'd shoot for metallic tangerine as a color. This was a frankenstein'ed build for Jeff L. and thus is not really a custom bass build.  oh well.   The body was from Rondo, the neck was from China (eBay). Other then resizing the neck pocket in the body, this was pretty simple (new CTS pots, traditional style tuners, string tree, bridge, etc.).  So, a passive bass.  But it sounds clean, plays great, and Jeff was happy!
